Our chakras are energy vortexes that are constantly spinning. We hold trauma at different levels of our chakras that we have absorbed through our energetic biofields (our aura). In addition to the 7 “main” chakras listed in the picture below, there are minor chakras and spiritual chakras that are outside of our body, both above and below you, creating your biofield. These chakras are in constant motion. When you are weighed down with a disease or sickness, the spinning has slowed down and the chakras are out of balance. Think of a toy spinning top, as the spinning slows down, the ability for the top to keep its balance lessens. When the spinning of chakras becomes out of sync it is necessary to rebalance them. To rebalance we need to regress to the root of the problem. Through hypnosis, we identify the blockage, and once identified, we can rebalance your chakras through several different means, such as affirmations.
